Nicole Dudek-Bauer - Inducted 2015

Nicole graduated from Souderton High School in 2002, where she earned letters all four years in three sports: hockey, basketball and lacrosse. Nicole was an integral part of two District-1 field hockey championships, while garnering All-State honors for her accomplishments during her junior and senior seasons. Nicole was awarded with All-American honors in field hockey her senior year, netting 39 goals, a mark which still stands as a school record.

Nicole also received All-American honors in lacrosse for her stellar play during both her junior and senior year. Nicole posted 88 goals and 33 assists, holding the scoring record at Souderton Area High School. She was named North Penn Reporter 2002 Player of the Year for both field hockey and lacrosse. After graduating from Souderton Area High School, Nicole attended Duke University on a full scholarship for field hockey. She played all four years, climbing to the fourth spot on Duke’s All-Time leader for career points and goals. In her last three years at Duke, Nicole led her team to the NCAA National Championship game. As a junior, she earned STX/NFHCA third team All-America honors, first team South Region All-America, and an All-ACC selection. Nicole was named ACC Player of the Week on Sept. 13. Her single season 22 goal total remains fourth best in Duke University. Nicole represented Duke University at the NCAA Leadership Conference in Orlando, Florida. In 2005, Nicole tallied 47 points off 19 goals and nine assists, ranking second in the ACC in points per game and goals per game. She was awarded a spot on the All-ACC, All-South Region and NCAA AllTournament teams. She was named Ronald McDonald House Charities StudentAthlete of the Week in October. Nicole was awarded the Weaver-James-Corrigan and Jim and Pat Thacker Post-Graduate Scholarship.

Nicole currently resides with her husband, Todd, her daughter, Cameron and her son, Brady in the Souderton School District. She teaches sixth grade math at Indian Crest Middle School.
