1998 Boys Volleyball State Championship Team - Inducted 2011

In 1998 the Souderton High School Boys Volleyball team finally achieved what players had been pursuing
throughout their varsity careers. After a season with 26 wins and 1 loss, winning the Suburban One
Championship (for the 9th straight year), and capturing a hard fought District Championship, the difficult
to earn State Championship title was a much appreciated accomplishment, valued by our players for its
recognition, but humbled by all involved in our program who know the time, effort, and cooperation needed
to achieve the goal of a state crown.

The team greatly appreciated the strong support from the athletic department, their fellow students, parents
and fans throughout their volleyball careers at Souderton. They would also like to acknowledge the players
before them who continued to push the winning tradition at Souderton higher and higher giving our volleyball
program the foundation to help achieve the goal of a State Championship.
