Sarah Harris-Quintois - Inducted 2013

A 1990 Souderton graduate, Sarah Harris-Quintois played field hockey and lacrosse at Souderton High School. She earned 1st Team All-League Honors in field hockey her senior year. She received 1st Team All-league, Team MVP and All-American Honors in lacrosse her senior year.


Sarah continued her career by earning an athletic scholarship to West Chester University. She played Division I field hockey for the Golden Rams for four years. She was the high scorer her junior and senior years. She was a Division I Regional All-American her senior year.


Sarah played lacrosse for West Chester and was a four-year starter. She was the high scorer in lacrosse her senior year. She was an All-PSAC and All-American pick both her junior and senior years. She was the PSAC and Division II player of the year in her senior year and was selected to play in the North/South Senior All-Star game.
Sarah was selected for the USA Developmental Squad after the completion of her senior year. After playing for one year, she continued to play club field hockey and lacrosse for 10 years.


Her first year out of college, Sarah continued her involvement with field hockey by accepting a teaching and varsity coaching position at Christopher Dock High School. Her team won the Bicentennial League Championship two years and the District One Championship in 1998. She was named BAL Coach of the Year two times during her tenure.


Sarah coached lacrosse at Gwynedd-Mercy Academy, Villanova University, University of Pennsylvania, and Ursinus College.


In 2000 Sarah accepted a position at Gwynedd-Mercy College where she became the Assistant Athletic Director, Head Field hockey and Lacrosse coach. Her lacrosse teams made it to their conference playoffs nine of the ten years she coached.


Sarah continued coaching field hockey at Souderton alongside her mother, Mary Ann Harris. The Souderton program won one league and one District One title along with qualifying for the State tournament four times during her time with the program.


Sarah resides in Upper Salford Township with her husband Tom and son Ty (9 years old) and Victoria (7 years old).
